Protected Public Coastal Recreational Access in MI

Campaign Goal: To contribute meaningful evidence to the court in Otto v. Inn at Watervale to support a broad interpretation of Michigan's Recreation Land Use Act, which in turn supports private landowners' ability to allow members of the public to use private property to access the beach and water for recreational activity.
